Tiki Taane takes to running for fitness

New to running, Tiki Taane ran 15kms yesterday at the Tauranga Half Marathon & loved the experience. Many thanks to Podium Podiatry and Footwear Ltd for hooking Rach Axis & Tiki up with Hoka One One shoes.  They are both loving their new shoes!
Tiki & Rachel, are definitely keen to try some more events & get better at this running thing. Tiki finished 32nd out of 140, running the 15kms in 1 hour 20 mins, he feels there's plenty of room for improvement but he's stoked to finish with no injuries.

The Kiwi singer has recently been following an intense regime of healthy eating and workouts with F45 Training.  Posting before and after photos on his Facebook page.
